Payment Terms for ‘Liquid Violins’:

If purchasing directly from one of our dealers, they each have their own policies regarding payment terms.

Unless in stock if purchasing directly from us: since these violins are custom made, a 50% deposit is required when ordering (we accept PayPal only). Balance is due upon completion before shipping.

Return Policy:

Once you receive your instrument, there is a 14-day trial period during which, if not satisfied, you may return it in perfect condition to qualify for a refund.

This return policy applies only to instruments that have not been customized in any way. We do not issue refunds for instruments kept beyond the 14-day trial period. Custom builds returns are subject to discretion of builder.

Limited Warranty:

Warranty covers for one year to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. Damages due to negligence, misuse, exposure to extremes of humidity and temperature are not covered.
